About the Course

This is a beginner-level class where students will learn how to sew on their sewing machines.
They will learn everything from the very beginning: threading their machines, sewing straight lines, problem-solving, machine/stitching issues, etc.
They will complete 5-6 projects throughout the semester, applying the skills they have learned.
This class is designed to run for a full year (two semesters) so that students can build a strong foundation of sewing before moving on to more advanced classes.

Students will need to provide their own sewing machines and sewing tools; materials for projects will be provided.
