About the Course
Travel back to the age of castles, knights, and kingdoms in this unique Medieval PE experience!
Students will participate in exciting medieval-inspired games, physical challenges, and team competitions while learning the real history behind the activities they play.
Classes may include castle siege games, shield battles, messenger relays, archery-style target challenges, peasant games, knight training drills, tug-of-war, medieval football, and Viking-inspired competitions designed to build teamwork, coordination, strategy, and physical fitness.
Along the way, students will discover how children, soldiers, and villagers in the medieval world trained, competed, and entertained themselves through games and contests that shaped life during the Middle Ages.

**Payment must be made, or proof of certificate must be emailed to me before the 1st day of class. There are NO Refunds once the class has started. Please contact me if payment arrangements need to be made. If you enroll after classes have begun, payment must be made, or a certificate must be submitted before attending.
