Tactical Marksmanship with Airsoft Pistol & Rifle
About the Course
Tactical Marksmanship with Airsoft Pistol & Rifle will teach students the basic
principles of good marksmanship as used in Olympic shooting, as well as building
on that foundation to enjoy some fun applications. Students will shoot the pistol
and rifle from various positions, using cover and props to brace the pistol or rifle.
Students will shoot the rifle in semi-automatic as well as automatic. We will do
rapid fire exercises. There will be applications paralleling military type firing, as
well as a “biathalon” type event involving running and shooting. Todd has 9 years
in the Marine Corps as an officer and qualified as an Expert (the highest level)
multiple times with both pistol and rifle. Students will use airsoft at short range to
learn and practice proper technique for shooting and will practice each week. It is
a very safe method of learning marksmanship, and very accurate and effective.
