About the Course

Welcome to Guitar Class. This is for both Acoustic and Electric Guitar!
This class will focus on beginning and level 2 students learning the
fundamentals of music and playing the guitar in a fun and relaxed setting while acquiring the
tools, knowledge, and technique to study and play the style of music you love! This class will
have the opportunity to perform within the semester.
In this course, we will cover:
● Reading and understanding Rhythm
● Reading Standard Notation and TAB
● Basic Guitar Technique and Exercises
● Reading and Playing Melodies
● Playing Chords and Rhythms
● Learning and Playing songs together as a group with your classmates
● Learning and hearing traditional and current music

Materials needed:
● Guitar
● Folder
● Tuner (free apps avail)
● Metronome (optional)
● Portable Music stand
● Guitar Book

You must enroll through The Annex Learning Place. Click on the "Enroll" button above to enroll in the class. Wait for enrollment confirmation email BEFORE submitting payment or p.o.

**Payment must be made, or proof of certificate must be emailed to me before the 1st day of class. There are NO Refunds once the class has started. Please contact me if payment arrangements need to be made. If you enroll after classes have begun, payment must be made, or a certificate must be submitted before attending.

Refund Policy:
There are no refunds on our music classes.

Drop Policy:
Once a semester has begun, you are responsible for paying for the whole semester even if you relocate, change schools, or become ill. Charter schools will stop paying for a class and pro-rate the amount based on the date that you leave the school. You are responsible for paying any portion of the tuition that the charter school does not pay. I am here to help you.
