About the Course

This 30 minute class will be a great time to unwind our bodies and mind.
This class explores yoga movement and dance stretching techniques to build flexibility and strength.

**Students must bring their own yoga mat, and appropriate clothes for stretching: leggings, sweatpants,
t-shirts, fitted tanks etc.

Refund Policy
There are no refunds on our music/dance classes.

Drop Policy:
Once a semester has begun, you are responsible for paying for the whole semester even if you relocate, change schools, or become ill. Charter schools will stop paying for a class and prorate the amount based on the date that you leave the school. You are responsible for paying any portion of the tuition that the charter school does not pay. I am here to help you. If you have any concerns or questions about the class, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
