About the Course
The Spin and Flip Lab is the ultimate high-energy mashup where street style meets incredible stunts.
We will blend the basics of breakdancing and hip hop with acro and gymnastics.
We will focus on top rocks, freezes, stalls, and basic gymnastics, all within the style of hip hop.
Let’s move, groove, and get funky!
Fun props will be provided in class.

Once you enroll, class refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. By enrolling in this class, you agree to adhere to this policy. Payments:
Charter PO: Please request a full semester and 1 PO (please do not break up the amount) The date of the PO will need to be the first date of the class. The PO must be requested and sent to Buzzy Mae 2 weeks before class begins. Once enrolled, and PO received, the materials and class will not be refunded. Your PO must be emailed to buzzymaemusic@gmail.com before beginning class in January
